Just a reminder that our Volunteers In Policing will be fitting free one-way number plate screws on Saturday!
When: Saturday 9 November between 10am and 12 noon
Where: Vonda Youngman Community Centre, Main Street, North Tamborine
Number plates are routinely stolen to disguise a vehicle used in other crimes - the unfortunate result may be that Police waste their time(and yours) on a wild goose chase after a registration is linked to something bad.
Worried about removing number plates when selling a vehicle? The special tool for removing the screws can also be arranged through the Police Station.
